A situation of an uncontrolled canteen management prevailed in the boom construction which required a greater control in the canteen to ensure that the third part food company is able to cater their staff efficiently and that they are able to control and monitor the process within the food schedule.

SOLUTIONS

Adax implemented a system of canteen management, which required checking in with the use of smart card to generate head count and other information boom construction is able to use in decision making with regard to canteen management. The canteen management system gave an exact count of food consumption that reduced the food cost and improved the efficiency within the canteen premises. Adax has since worked with Boom construction in implementing other solution to improve aspects of business operations.
